The Skyexch app for Android is an APK file that the desk sends you over WhatsApp, currently version 1.9.5. You open that file on your phone, allow your file manager or browser to install it when Android asks, then log in with the same user ID and password you already use on the website. That is the whole sky exch apk download in one breath. There's no separate account, no Play Store hunt and no extra fee. If you don't have an ID yet, the desk opens one in the same chat.
Simple on paper. In practice, phones are messy. Some brands bury the permission three menus deep, some show a scary warning, some refuse to install because an old copy is hiding in the background, and a few readers have been sent fake files by strangers in Telegram groups who promised a "pro" version. I run the desk behind these notes, and the questions we get about the app on a match night are almost always one of about a dozen problems. They're all covered below, in the order you're likely to hit them.
If you only want the steps, skip to the install walkthrough. If something has already gone wrong, the troubleshooting table further down is probably where you need to be.
Five things, in order. Get the file from the desk chat, nowhere else. Allow the install when Android prompts you. Open the app and log in with your existing ID. Change the temporary password if this is your first login. Turn the unknown apps permission back off afterwards.
That's it for most phones. The rest of this page exists because "most phones" still leaves a lot of people, and because the APK route has one real risk that the Play Store normally handles for you: you have to be sure the file is genuine. Nobody checks that on your behalf when you sideload. So the habit of getting the file only from the desk chat matters more than any setting.
Ask the desk for the app file
Message us on WhatsApp and we will send the current Android file, version 1.9.5, plus an ID if you do not have one yet.
Message the deskWhat the Skyexch app actually is, and what it isn't
Think of the app as a dedicated window onto your account. It shows the same cricket markets, the same back and lay prices, the same balance and the same bet history as the website. When you place a bet through it, the bet goes to the same exchange as a bet placed from a laptop. Nothing about your odds, your limits or your settlement changes because you used a phone.
What the Skyexch app gives you is convenience. It opens straight into your account. It stays logged in between sessions if you let it. It's a single tap from your home screen when a wicket falls and the match odds suddenly swing. Fans who follow every ball of a chase tend to like that, especially when the browser on their phone has thirty tabs open and the betting page keeps reloading.
What it isn't is a different product. There's no "app-only bonus" we'd stand behind, no secret faster market, no hidden extra feature. If someone tells you a special version of the app gets better prices, they're either confused or trying to get you to install something you shouldn't. The genuine file does one job: it shows your account.
One ID, every screen
This trips people up more than you'd expect. A reader messages to say the app "won't accept my details", and it turns out they've been typing their mobile number in the user ID box. Your user ID is the login name the desk sent in the chat when the account was opened. It isn't your phone number, and it isn't your name. Type it exactly as it was sent, capitals included, and use the password you set after your first login.
If you're not sure what your ID is, scroll back through the WhatsApp chat where the desk opened your account. It'll be there, usually with the temporary password underneath. For anything more on getting an ID in the first place, the page on getting a Sky Exch 247 ID through the desk covers every step from the first message.
Checks to run on your phone before you download
Two minutes of checking saves twenty minutes of head-scratching later. These are the checks we walk people through on the chat before sending the file. None of them need technical skill. Open Settings, look, move on.
| Check | Where to look | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Free storage | Settings, then Storage | Installs fail quietly or show "App not installed" when space is tight. Clear old videos or unused apps first. |
| Old copy of the app | Settings, then Apps, search the name | An earlier install signed differently can block the new one. Uninstall it before you start. |
| Android version | Settings, then About phone | Very old Android versions may not run current apps well. If yours is years out of date, the website may be the smoother option. |
| Screen lock | Settings, then Security or Lock screen | Anyone holding an unlocked phone with a logged-in app can see your balance. Set a PIN or fingerprint. |
| Battery level | Status bar | An install that dies halfway leaves a broken file. Start with decent charge or keep the phone plugged in. |
| Connection | Wi-Fi or mobile data icon | A dropped download produces a corrupt APK. A steady Wi-Fi connection is the least fuss. |
| Your ID details | Your WhatsApp chat with the desk | Have the user ID and password ready so you can log in the moment the install finishes. |
One more thing on that list deserves its own line. If the phone is shared with someone else in the house, think about whether you want a betting app sitting on its home screen at all. Plenty of readers use the website on a shared phone instead, because closing a browser tab leaves less behind than an app icon does. That's a personal call. It's worth making on purpose rather than by accident.
Installing the APK, step by step
This is the walkthrough we send on the chat, written out in full. Menu names below are the common ones. Your phone maker may use slightly different words, and we cover the main variations in the next section.
- 1. Ask the desk for the file
Message the desk on WhatsApp and say you want the Android app. If you already have an ID, mention it, so they know you only need the file. If you don't, they'll ask for a name and mobile number and open the ID at the same time.
- 2. Download the APK from the chat
Tap the file in WhatsApp and let it download fully. Wait until the download icon disappears. Don't tap it again while it's still downloading, which can create a second partial copy.
- 3. Open the file
Tap the downloaded file in WhatsApp, or find it in your Files or My Files app, usually under Downloads or a WhatsApp Documents folder. Android will start the installer.
- 4. Allow the install when asked
If you see a message saying your phone isn't allowed to install unknown apps from this source, tap Settings on that message, switch on Allow from this source, then go back. The installer screen reappears.
- 5. Tap Install and wait
Leave the screen alone until it says App installed. On slower phones this can take a little while. Pressing back mid-way can cancel it.
- 6. Open the app and log in
Tap Open. Enter your user ID exactly as the desk sent it and your password. If this is your very first login, you'll be asked to replace the temporary password with your own.
- 7. Switch the permission back off
Go to Settings, then Apps, then Special app access, then Install unknown apps, find the app you used to open the file, and turn the permission off. You won't need it again until the next update.
- 8. Tidy up the file
Delete the APK from your Downloads folder if you like. The app is installed and the file isn't needed. Keeping random APKs around makes it easier to tap the wrong one later.
If all eight steps went smoothly, you're done. Open a market you know well, check the balance matches what you see on the website, and you're set. If step 4 or step 5 went sideways, read on.

The install unknown apps permission, brand by brand
Android doesn't let any app install other apps by default. That's a good thing. When you open an APK from WhatsApp, Chrome or a file manager, Android asks whether that specific app should be allowed to install things. You're giving the permission to WhatsApp or Files, not to the Skyexch app itself.
Once allowed, the Skyexch app installs like any other app. Modern Android versions handle this per app. Older versions had a single "Unknown sources" switch for the whole phone. If you're on a very old phone and see that older wording, the idea is the same, but remember to turn it off afterwards because it covers everything.
Here's where the setting usually lives on phones that are common in India. Menus shift between software versions, so treat these as a guide and use the search bar in Settings if a path doesn't match. Searching "unknown" almost always finds it.
| Phone family | Typical path | Notes from the chat |
|---|---|---|
| Stock Android (Pixel, Motorola, Nokia) | Settings, Apps, Special app access, Install unknown apps | Usually the cleanest flow. The prompt during install links straight to the right switch. |
| Samsung | Settings, Apps, the three-dot menu, Special access, Install unknown apps | Some Samsung models also have Auto Blocker under Security. If it's on, installs from outside the store are blocked until you turn it off. |
| Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco | Settings, Apps, Manage apps, or Privacy, Special permissions, Install unknown apps | The built-in security scanner may run before install. Let it finish. It sometimes asks you to wait a few seconds before the Continue button works. |
| Vivo, iQOO | Settings, Security or Privacy, Install unknown apps | Some versions ask for your account password before allowing outside installs. That's the phone maker's check, not ours. |
| Oppo, Realme, OnePlus | Settings, Privacy or Security, Install unknown apps, or Apps, Special app access | A few models show an extra "install anyway" confirmation after a scan. Read it, then choose. |
Why we nag you to turn it off again
Leaving the permission on for WhatsApp means any APK anyone sends you in any chat can be installed with a couple of taps. You might tap one by mistake while scrolling a group. Turning it off after the install closes that door. It takes ten seconds, and you'll be prompted again next time you genuinely need it.
First login on the app, and changing the temporary password
If your ID is brand new, the desk will have sent a user ID and a temporary password in the chat. The first time you log in, on the app or the website, you're asked to set a password of your own. After that, the temporary one stops working. That's normal, and it's the first thing to remember when someone says "the password the desk gave me doesn't work any more".
Setting a password that will survive match season
- Make it long rather than clever. A short phrase of several unrelated words is easier to remember and harder to guess than a single word with a number on the end.
- Don't reuse your UPI PIN, your phone PIN, your email password or anything you've used on another betting site.
- Avoid your name, your mobile number, your favourite player's shirt number or your team's name. People who know you can guess those.
- Write it somewhere private if you must, not in a WhatsApp note to yourself, and not on a sticky note on the phone case.
- Type it once on the app, then log out and log in again to confirm it works before the match starts.
Once you're in, the app may offer to keep you logged in. On a personal phone with a screen lock, that's fine. On a phone others use, I'd say no, and log in each time. It's a small chore that prevents the most common kind of "someone placed a bet on my account" story we hear.
If the login itself is the problem, the Skyexch login troubleshooting page goes through every error message we've seen, from wrong ID formats to accounts that need a reset from the desk.
App or browser: which one suits you
We get asked this a lot, and there's no single right answer. Both connect to the same account. The choice is about how you watch cricket and how you use your phone. Here's an honest comparison from what readers tell us.
| Situation | App tends to suit | Browser tends to suit |
|---|---|---|
| You follow most matches ball by ball on your phone | Yes. One tap from the home screen, stays logged in on a locked personal phone. | Works, but tabs can reload and log you out. |
| You share the phone with family | Less ideal. An icon on the home screen invites questions and accidental taps. | Yes. Log out, close the tab, nothing left visible. |
| You use an iPhone | Not available as an APK. | Yes. Safari, plus an Add to Home Screen shortcut. |
| Your phone is short on storage | May struggle to install or update. | Yes. Nothing to install. |
| You mostly bet from a laptop | Optional backup for when you're away from the desk. | Yes, on the bigger screen. |
| You want fewer distractions during matches | Notifications and a visible icon can pull you back in. | Easier to keep at arm's length. |
That last row isn't a throwaway. An app that's always one tap away makes it easy to place bets you didn't plan. Some readers deliberately keep only the website for that reason. Others like the app and set a phone timer for betting sessions. Either approach is fine. Pick the one that keeps you in control.
The app doesn't change your odds. It changes how easy it is to reach them. Decide whether that's a feature or a risk for you before you install it.
Worked example: a first bet on the app, start to finish
New app users often want to know exactly what the bet slip will show before they put real money in. Here's a worked example using illustrative numbers only. These aren't real prices from any match, and the stakes are just round figures to make the maths easy to follow. If you want practice first, ask the desk for a demo ID with a practice balance and repeat this on it.
Say you're watching a T20 and you think the chasing side will win. You open the app, tap the match, and look at match odds. The back price for the chasing side shows 2.40. You decide to back them with ₹500.
| Step on the app | What you see | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Tap the blue back price | Bet slip opens with odds 2.40 | You're betting the chasing side wins. |
| Enter stake ₹500 | Profit shown: ₹700 | ₹500 × (2.40 − 1) = ₹700 profit if they win. |
| Check liability | ₹500 | On a back bet, the most you can lose is your stake. |
| Confirm | Bet appears under open bets | Matched at 2.40 if that price was still available. |
| Chasing side wins | Balance rises by ₹700 plus your ₹500 stake back | ₹1,200 returned to your available balance. |
| Chasing side loses | ₹500 stake gone | Your loss is the stake, no more. |
Now the lay side, because it's where new app users panic. Suppose instead you think the chasing side will lose, and you lay them at 2.50 with a ₹500 stake. Laying means you're taking the bet someone else is placing. If they win, you pay out. Your liability is ₹500 × (2.50 − 1) = ₹750. If the chasing side loses, you keep the ₹500 backer's stake. If they win, you lose ₹750.
On a small phone screen, the number that matters most on a lay slip is liability. Read it before you tap confirm, every time. The page on how exchange odds and lay liability work goes into this properly, with more examples, and it's worth reading before you lay anything on the app.
Bet slip habits that save money on a phone
Phone screens make fat-finger mistakes easy. A few habits help. Type the stake rather than using quick-stake buttons until you know which button adds what. Check the odds on the slip, not just the price you tapped, because prices move. Look at the liability line on every lay. And if your connection is patchy, check open bets after confirming instead of tapping confirm again.
That last one matters. A double tap on a slow connection can occasionally submit twice. Before placing a second bet because "nothing happened", open your bets list. It takes three seconds and has saved readers from doubling a stake they never meant to double.
How to spot a fake Skyexch APK
The genuine Skyexch app file only ever comes from the desk chat. Everything in this section follows from that one rule.
This is the section I'd most like every reader to take in. Sideloading is safe when the file is genuine. It's risky when it isn't, because a fake app can show a convincing login screen and simply record what you type. Then someone else logs into your account. We've seen this pattern come up in messages from readers who were sent a file by a stranger rather than by the desk.
Do not install the file if any of these are true
- It came from anyone other than the desk chat: a Telegram group, a YouTube description, a stranger's DM, a "tips" channel, an SMS link.
- It's described as a mod, pro, VIP, hacked or prediction version. There is no such thing we'd stand behind.
- The person sending it asks for your password, an OTP, your UPI PIN or remote access to your phone.
- The file name looks odd, has a strange extension such as .apk.exe or .zip, or the size is wildly different from what the desk sent before.
- After install, it asks for permissions that make no sense for viewing an account, such as reading your SMS, controlling accessibility features or managing calls.
- It shows a login screen that looks slightly off, with spelling mistakes or a different logo, or asks for details the real app never asks for.
- Someone pushes you to hurry: "install before the match starts or the offer goes".
If you've already installed something suspicious, don't log in. Uninstall it. If you did log in, message the desk straight away from your registered number and ask for a password reset. Then change any other passwords you reuse, and check your phone's accessibility settings for anything you don't recognise. Our guide to protecting your Skyexch account covers what to do next in more detail.
Troubleshooting install errors, app glitches and updates
Here are the errors we see most on the chat, with the fix that usually works. Try them in order. If none of them help, message the desk with your phone model and a screenshot of the error, which lets us answer in one reply instead of five.
| What you see | Likely cause | Try this |
|---|---|---|
| "App not installed" | Old copy signed differently, low storage, or corrupt file | Uninstall any old version, free storage, delete the APK, download a fresh one from the chat, install again. |
| "There was a problem parsing the package" | Download didn't finish, or the file is damaged | Delete the file and download it again on a steady connection. Don't open it until the download is complete. |
| "For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source" | Permission not yet given to the app opening the file | Tap Settings on that message, switch on Allow from this source, tap back. |
| Play Protect warning | Standard warning for apps from outside the store | If the file came from the desk chat, you can choose to continue. If not, delete it. |
| Install button greyed out | Brand security scan still running, or a screen overlay app is active | Wait for the scan to finish. Close apps that draw over the screen, such as chat bubbles or screen dimmers. |
| Blocked with no option to continue | Phone maker's protection feature, such as Auto Blocker | Check the Security menu, turn that feature off for the install, then back on afterwards. |
| App opens then closes | Outdated version, low memory, or an interrupted update | Restart the phone. If it persists, uninstall, ask the desk for the current file, reinstall. |
| Login says invalid details | Wrong ID, old temporary password, or typing the mobile number instead of the ID | Use the user ID from the chat, capitals included, and the password you set. See the login page if it still fails. |
| Markets load slowly or freeze | Weak connection, battery saver throttling the app | Switch to Wi-Fi, turn off battery saver for the app, close other heavy apps. |
| Balance looks different from the website | App screen not refreshed yet, or open bets holding exposure | Pull to refresh or reopen. Check open bets, since exposure reduces the available figure. |
What to send the desk when you're stuck
A good help message has four things: your phone brand and model, the exact error text or a screenshot, what step you were on, and whether you've installed the app before on this phone. With those, the desk can usually tell straight away whether it's a permission, a storage issue or a file problem. Without them, it's twenty questions. Never send your password in the chat. The desk doesn't need it to help with an install.
Stuck on an install error?
Send the desk your phone model and a screenshot of the error on WhatsApp. We will tell you which fix to try first.
Message the deskUpdating the app when a new version arrives
Because the Skyexch app doesn't come from the Play Store, it won't update itself. When a new version is ready, the desk shares the new file. The version we support at the time of writing is 1.9.5. You can see which version you have under Settings, Apps, then the app's name, usually near the bottom of the screen.
Updating is the same as installing. Open the new file, allow the install if asked, and tap Update or Install. Android keeps your login if the new file is signed the same way. If Android refuses and says the app isn't installed, uninstall the old version first, then install the new one. You'll need to log in again, but your account, balance and history aren't touched, because they live on the account, not the phone.
A practical tip: update between matches, not during one. An update that stalls at 80% while your side needs twelve off the last over is not a fun place to be. If you're mid-match and the app is acting up, switch to the website in your browser and deal with the update afterwards.
If you're on an iPhone
APK files are an Android format. They won't open on iOS, and any website claiming to offer an iPhone version of the APK is either mistaken or up to something. iPhone users use the website in Safari, which shows the same markets, balance and bet history.
- Open Safari and go to the site link the desk gave you.
- Log in with your user ID and password.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
- Choose Add to Home Screen and give the shortcut a name.
- Tap the new icon whenever you want to open your account.
It's not a full app, but for most readers it behaves close enough: one tap, opens to the site, no browser tabs to dig through. And because nothing is installed, there's nothing to update. When you're done, log out if anyone else uses the phone.
Match-day habits: data, battery, notifications and money
A live cricket market refreshes constantly. Prices move after every ball, and on a tight finish they can move several times within a single over. That's useful when you're watching closely. It also means the app works harder than a normal app, and so does your phone.
We won't give data or battery figures, because they vary too much between phones, networks and how long you keep the screen open. What readers tell us is consistent, though. A full T20 innings on mobile data uses noticeably more than casual scrolling. A one-day match with the app open all afternoon drains a battery that would normally last the day. Test matches, if you check in through the day, add up.
Keeping the phone usable on a big match night
- Connect to Wi-Fi if you're at home. It's steadier during price swings than mobile data in a crowded area.
- Charge before the toss. A phone dying at the start of the death overs is a classic way to leave a position you can't see.
- Exclude the app from aggressive battery saving if markets freeze, then put it back afterwards.
- Close the app when you're not actively watching a market. Leaving it running in the background doesn't help you.
- If your connection drops, reconnect and check open bets before placing anything new.
About notifications. Some readers love an alert on their phone, some find it pulls them into bets they didn't plan. Android lets you control notifications per app under Settings, Apps, the app name, Notifications. If you notice yourself opening the app every time it buzzes, turn them off. You'll still see everything when you choose to open it.
Watching at the ground
Stadium networks get overloaded when tens of thousands of people are posting the same six on social media. Prices on the app may lag the action in front of you, sometimes noticeably. Don't try to bet on what you just saw happen. By the time your bet reaches the exchange, the market will already have moved, and a frozen screen showing an old price is a poor guide to what you'll actually get.
Deposits and withdrawals happen in the chat, not the app
The app shows your balance, but money doesn't move through the app in the way people sometimes expect. Deposits by UPI or bank transfer are arranged in the WhatsApp chat with the desk, which confirms the current account details to pay into. Withdrawals are requested through the desk too, and go only to a bank account in your own name.
That's deliberate. Keeping money movement in the desk chat means there's a person checking each request, and it means a fake app can't trick you into sending money to a stranger's account through a lookalike payment screen. If any app, genuine-looking or not, shows you a QR code or account number to pay into that the desk didn't give you in the chat, don't pay. Ask the desk first.
For the full deposit process, read the Sky Exch UPI deposit guide. For what happens after you ask to cash out, and why timing varies, the Skyexch withdrawal time guide explains the moving parts.
Five real-world situations, and what to do
These are the shapes of messages we get on the chat, with names and details removed. If you see yourself in one, the fix is right there.
"I got a new phone. Do I need a new ID?"
No. Ask the desk for the current app file, install it on the new phone, and log in with your existing ID and password. Your balance and history appear as before. Log out of the app on the old phone before you sell or pass it on, and uninstall it. If you can't remember your password, ask the desk to help reset it from your registered number.
"A friend sent me the app. Is that okay?"
Your friend may mean well, but you don't know where their copy came from or whether it's been altered along the way. Don't install it. Ask the desk for the file directly. It costs nothing and removes the guesswork. If you've already installed your friend's copy, uninstall it, install the one from the desk, and change your password.
"I have the app with one ID and the website with another"
This happens when someone opened two IDs at different times. Each ID has its own balance and bet history. Log out of the app, log in with the ID you want to use, and keep a note of which is which. If you'd rather have just one, ask the desk what can be done. Running two IDs without noting which is which is how people lose track of their spending.
"The app froze in the middle of an over"
Don't panic-tap. Any bet that was accepted before the freeze is still live. Close the app fully and reopen it, or switch to the website. Check open bets before doing anything else. If the app keeps freezing, check your connection, turn off battery saver for it, and update to the current version after the match.
"My son installed it on the family phone"
Betting is for adults only, 18 and over. If a minor has access to a phone with a betting app and a logged-in account, log out, change the password, and uninstall the app from that phone. Consider using only the website on shared devices. Our responsible gaming page has more on keeping betting away from younger family members.
Keeping the app in its place
The Skyexch app is designed to be easy to open, like any app. That's the whole point of it, and it's also the risk. On a phone you carry everywhere, a betting app is a few seconds away during work, during dinner, during the commute and at 2 am when a match on the other side of the world is in its final over.
Some practical ways readers keep it under control. Use Android's Digital Wellbeing, or the similar tool your phone maker includes, to set a daily time limit on the app. Move the icon off the home screen into a folder, so opening it takes a deliberate effort. Decide a weekly budget before the week starts and treat the deposit as spent. Don't install the app at all if you've had trouble stopping before.
If betting has stopped being fun, or you're chasing losses, ask the desk for a break, and read the responsible gaming guidance. Online betting rules also differ across Indian states. Check what applies where you live before you install anything or deposit. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
Getting the file from the desk, the right way
You've read the risks and the fixes. Here's the request, made simple. Message the desk using the WhatsApp button on this page. Say "Android app please", and add your user ID if you have one. If you don't, say so, and share a name and mobile number so the desk can open an ID in the same chat. Ask for a demo ID with a practice balance if you'd like to try the app before using real money.
When the file arrives, follow the install steps above, log in, change the temporary password if it's your first time, and switch the install permission off again. That's the whole job. Keep the chat. It's where future updates, deposits, withdrawal requests and help all happen, and it's the one place you know the messages are genuinely from us.
Get the Skyexch app on WhatsApp
One message gets you the Android file for version 1.9.5 and, if you need it, a new ID or a demo ID to practise on first. 18+ only.
Message the deskQuestions readers ask
Where do I download the Skyexch app from?
Ask the desk on WhatsApp using the button on this page. The desk shares the APK file for version 1.9.5 in the chat or tells you where to collect it. We do not point readers to app stores, file mirrors or random download sites, because those are exactly where altered copies tend to turn up.
Is the Skyexch app on the Google Play Store?
We do not direct anyone to a Play Store listing for it. The version we support is installed from a file that the desk provides. If you find something on an app store using the name, treat it with suspicion and message the desk before you enter any ID or password into it.
Do I need a separate ID for the app?
No. One ID works on both the website and the Android app. Log in on the app with the same user ID and password you use in the browser. If you have only just received your ID, change the temporary password first, on either the site or the app, then use that new password everywhere.
What does install unknown apps mean and is it safe to allow?
It is an Android permission that lets a specific app, such as your file manager or browser, install APK files. Allowing it for one trusted file is normal. The safer habit is to switch it on only for the app you used to open the APK, install, and then switch it off again in settings.
Why does my phone say App not installed?
The usual causes are an older copy already on the phone that was signed differently, a download that did not finish, or too little free storage. Uninstall any old copy, delete the partial file, free some space, and ask the desk for a fresh file. Then try the install again from your file manager.
Play Protect warned me about the app. What should I do?
Play Protect often warns about any app installed from outside the Play Store. That warning alone does not tell you the file is harmful. What matters is where the file came from. If it came straight from the desk chat, you can choose to continue. If it came from anywhere else, stop and delete it.
Can I use the Skyexch app on an iPhone?
APK files are an Android format and do not install on iOS. iPhone users can use the full website in Safari and add it to the home screen, which gives an app-like shortcut. The ID, markets and balance are exactly the same as on Android or desktop.
Which app version should I be on?
The current version the desk supports is 1.9.5. You can check your installed version in your phone settings under Apps, then the app name. If yours is older and something is misbehaving, ask the desk for the current file and install it over the top or after uninstalling.
Will updating the app delete my balance or bets?
No. Your balance, open bets and history sit on your account, not inside the phone. Uninstalling or updating the app only removes the local copy. After reinstalling, log in with your ID and everything appears again. You may need to re-enter your password if the app was removed.
How much storage and data does the app need?
We will not quote fixed figures because they change between versions and phones. In practice, keep a healthy margin of free storage before installing, and remember that live match screens refresh constantly, so a long innings on mobile data uses more than casual browsing. Wi-Fi helps on big match days.
Can someone else install the app for me?
You can ask a family member to help with the settings, but never hand over your password or let anyone log in for you. After they finish, check that your own account is the one logged in, change the password if they saw it, and keep the phone lock on.
I lost my phone with the app logged in. What now?
Message the desk from another device as soon as you can, ideally from your registered number on a new SIM or through the contact page, and ask for the password to be reset. Then change your Google account password and use Find My Device to lock or erase the phone.
Does the app place bets faster than the website?
Both send your bet to the same exchange, so the price you get depends on the market at the moment it is matched, not on whether you used the app or a browser. The app can feel quicker because it opens straight to your account, and that is mostly convenience rather than a betting edge.
Is betting through the app legal in my state?
Online betting rules differ across Indian states and some restrict it heavily. Check the current position in your own state before you install anything or deposit. Nothing here is legal advice, and you must be 18 or older to use the app or the website.
